Today I had the honor of taking maternity pictures for my good friend kayleigh! She is almost 36 weeks pregnant and looks awesome! We had so much fun taking these pictures, I took over 200.

Here's a sneak peak..

oh how i despise laundry..

I will wash it, I will dry it... but I do not like folding and putting away laundry. I completely put it off until I have to fold it and then force myself to put it away. 

It wasn't that bad... 

Hunter fell asleep at 10:30 this morning, he was really cranky so I gave him some tylenol. He has a ton of teeth coming in and a really bad diaper rash. Now I'm just waiting for him to wake up. I think I'm going to cook us some shrimp on the grill for lunch. And then work on a few fun projects around here. I have a bunch of white t-shirts that need to be tied in order to dye. All of my dye is on it's way for delivery today!!! I'm looking forward to a colorful week full of sunshine and tie dyes!! 

Dinner

This was such a good dinner! I marinated the chicken in  Chiavetta's Barbeque Marinade. It is made here in NY and it's so good! I marinated the steak in honey bbq sauce and I also made shrimp that was marinated in italian dressing. We had spicey potatoes and ate every last bit! It was so good, were going to eat it again for dinner tonight!

the sun will come out

Yesterday started off as another rainy day. I went with lauren over to see kayleigh and cory. Lauren brought them some smaller gifts for the baby. One of my favorite must haves for new moms, Hyland's Teething Tabs 125 tabs. They are awesome!! Jason had stayed home because Hunter was sleeping and Jason said he was going to take a nap to. So I texted him once we were leaving kayeighs and he called me and said "tricked ya", I'm like what. He didn't take a nap, because he stayed up and cleaned the house so I wouldn't have to! How sweet is that :)

We went to aunt judy's for an early turkey dinner to celebrate grandpy's 76th birthday and then we went to my mom's house for a late spaghetti dinner to celebrate aunty arlene's 79th birthday! We ate so much! 

And Hunter had a lot of fun. But he wore us out!

Of course I forgot my camera, but hopefully i'll get some pictures from my mom and nicole. 

And the sun came out! Hopefully it is here to stay.

music fills our home

Yesterday was a really busy, cold, snowy day!

I am so done with the snow!

Lauren and I went out shopping for kayleigh's baby shower, we got some really cute stuff!

I can't wait for her shower next weekend. This was the weekend that I was going to take maternity photo's for kayleigh and cory, but because of the weather that is put on hold. Hopefully it will warm up this week so that we can get a few good photo's in time for her shower. 

Jason had his regular band practice yesterday afternoon. All the guys set up in our living room and play from 2 to 5. They are really good, and getting better each practice. The band consists of jason on guitar, ben on bass, jeff on guitar and they are trying to find a drummer that will be a good fit for the band. Yesterday they tried out jim, he did a really good job and it sounded great! justin and brandon also came over, it was fun to have a full house and hunter always loves band practice. he loves the drums, he always wants to play the drums. 

Jason and I decided to go out and meet up with a bunch of our friends at root five, a band called forever young was playing. We had never seen them before, they were really good. We only stayed for a little bit because Hunter woke up when we dropped him off at Nana's house, so when he was still awake at 10:45, we decided to head home. 

Today it is gloomy and rainy, I hate it. I'm ready for the sun to come back!
